Annual Dinner

The MOB HR team is responsible for organizing an annual dinner,
with the support of an Annual dinner committee. Besides just delicious
food, they will have lucky draw and door prizes, games, best
employee awards, and video shoutouts from HQ. Each department
must create and perform a show. The only requirement is that every
Skull must join the performance.

Months of rehearsals are common and the cash reward is no longer
the primary motivation since everyone wants to have bragging rights!

在 SKULL 委员会的支持下,每年年底 HR 都会负责给 Skullcandy
带来一场旷古烁今的盛事——年会,这是一场绝对的全员参与的表演,
推动大家乐此不疲、不断进取,年会不再只是高额的现金奖励,而是为
了能给大家带去无限的欢乐和愉快的回忆。

Charity activities

As a part of our mission, charitable activities are important for everyone to take part in.
Examples have included visiting schools for disabled students at Christmas to pass out
products, helping to maintain local retirement homes, and donating to rural schools
supplies and educational devices. We have found that staff take these activities on gladly
and are even more motivated when they come back to work.

慈善活动一直以来都是 Skullcandy 每一名员工的使命。他们会在圣诞节的时候拜访残疾人学校;走进养老院;给偏
远地区的学校捐赠物资和教育设备。员工很乐于参加这些活动,更为重要的是每次做完类似的活动,大家在工作上都表现
得更加积极和努力。

Skullcandy provide flexible working hours for all Skulls. Employees need not worry
about being late in the morning if there’ s a traffic jam as long as they communicate 除了年假以外,公司还额外

Besides annual leave, we also provide 3 days of personal time for staff that they can

● Summer Hours 了平衡员工工作和生活的一
种重要方式。
Summer hours allow all Skulls to work half days on Fridays, during the summer,
usually it lasts for 3 months. Skulls have many choice for this half day to do whatever
they want to do. Summer hours have become a part of skulls’ work-life balance.

All of the above make the MOB a model for all of the global Skullcandy
offices to emulate. The turnover rate is among the lowest of any office
and no labor disputes have occurred in the past 5 years. No conflicts
between the employee and their peers or managers has occurred. In
fact most of the leavers keep a good relationship with Skullcandy and
will share their information in the Skullcandy QQ group. Once a Skull,
Always a Skull!

以上所有的政策、活动和文化让深圳公司变成了 Skullcandy 全球分
公司竞相效仿的对象。深圳的离职率是所有分公司中最低的,从公司成
立到现在没有任何劳动争议发生。事实上,绝大多数离职人员都和
Skullcandy 都保持着良好的关系并且乐于将他们的信息分享给公司。
