李锦记健康产品集团隶属于香港百年民族企业李锦记集团,总部
设在中国香港,集团旗下拥有雇员近 4,500 名。无限极(中国)有限
公司(简称无限极(中国))为李锦记健康产品集团成员,成立于
1992 年,是一家从事中草药健康产品开发、生产及销售的大型港资
企业。

无限极(中国)总部位于中国广州,拥有广东新会、辽宁营口两
大生产基地。通过严格的质量管理及科研创新,无限极(中国)的产
品及品牌受到社会各界认可,企业形象持续提升。

LKK Health Products Group (hereinafter refers as LKKHPG or the Group) is a member of Lee Kum
Kee Group, a century-old Hong Kong enterprise. LKKHPG is a Hong Kong-based company with
nearly 4,500 employees. Infinitus (China) Company Ltd. (Infinitus (China) for short), founded in
1992, is a member of LKK Health Products Group (LKKHPG for short). It focuses on developing,
manufacturing and distributing Chinese herbal health products.
Headquartered in Guangzhou, Infinitus (China) has two production bases in Xinhui, Guangdong and
Yingkou, Liaoning. It’ s strong independent scientific technologies and development capability of
core independent intellectual property rights has been critical to the sustainable development of its
business and future expansion.

作为一家稳健持续发展的企业,有计划地培养及储备管理人才是人才发展的关键。而具备发展潜质的员工既是
组织中的业务骨干,也是企业文化和管理思想传承的关键人员,为此我们必须开拓高潜质人员向上发展的通道,培
养未来业务所需的管理人才。

供应链人才资源部(以下简称“SCHR”)以供应链及研发人才梯队建设模式为基础,结合能力素质模型,设计出
一套以行动学习项目为载体提升领导力的培养思路。过程中,结合运用【行动学习 + 教练辅导 + 课堂培训 + 自我学习】
混合式方式,加速培养领导力。

2011 到 2015 年,SCHR 与供应链及研发业务部门共同落实,逐步开展梯队建设工作。过往三期项目,共培养合
格经理级储备人才 22 人。其中,培养后内部晋升率为 77.3%,有效实现人才快速补给。

It is vital for a sustainable and high-performance company to develop and reserve talents. Hi-potential talents are
not only the key staff for business within the organization, but also the essentials for the inheritance of corporate
culture and management spirit. Therefore, SCHR(Supply Chain Human Resources Dept) have invested lots of time
and efforts in expanding career development path for hi-potentials and qualifying them for future business needs.
Using talent echelon mode of Supply Chain and R&D as foundation and combining with competency model, SCHR
has designed a leadership development program with action-learning as core activity. In practice, various
development methods are utilized throughout the process to drive high performance:
action-learning+coaching+in-class training+self-refreshing.
From 2011 to 2015, together with business units, SCHR has successfully implemented three sections of leadership
development programs, and we have already seen grateful outcomes: in total there are 22 qualified talents from the
program to fulfill the talent pool, and 77.3% among them got promoted after graduation.
