South China hosted an informative seminar on how to restructure
business in China. Notable lecturer was Stephen O’Regan, from International
Business Advisory of Dezan Shira & Associates. The seminar focused on the
options for business restructuring against the background of a dramatic change
of business environment in China. To respond to these changes Mr. O’Regan
suggested that companies might consider restructuring of their businesses
from various angles, such as business scope, HR management, and location
