Changle International Airport Fuzhou is the capital of Fujian, located
Foshan New City at the center of The Economic Zone on
the west coast of Taiwan Strait. Fuzhou is
Jiangyin Wharf recognized as one of the national famous
historical and cultural cities in China, as
well as an ecological garden city. There
are 5 districts, 2 county-level cities,, and
6 counties under the jurisdiction of the
city. Fuzhou is home to a permanent
population of 7.5 million with a total
area of 11,900 square kilometers. Its
coastline is 1310 kilometers, with a sea
area of 10,600 square kilometers. Fuzhou
has a history of over 2200 years since
its foundation. It has always played
an important role in the modern and
contemporary opening-up process in
China. Fuzhou is undoubtedly a city
of abundant wealth, embracing both
historical culture and marine culture
with its surrounding mountains and
seas. Fuzhou is a famous hometown for
overseas Chinese, with about 800,000
Taiwan compatriots of Fuzhou origin and
more than 3 million overseas Chinese of

Ecological environment
The total forest coverage in Fujian
province is 65.95% and that of Fuzhou is
55.6% . The city’s source of drinking water
has fully conformed to the municipal’s
centralized standard 100%. Its air quality
is ranked 6th on the national scale and
3rd on the provincial scale in 2015. The
rate of year-round days of good air quality
reached as high as 99.6%. Fuzhou is the
