than forty representatives
of AmCham South China’s
CHRMA corporate members
visited Lee Kum Kee Health
Products Group. This event
started with a welcome
speech by Ms. Ida Wong,
representative of LKK Group
followed by a video introducing
the LKK Group. After visiting
the experience center of LKK and a short tea break,
participants joined the corporate culture sharing
session. During the session, participants had an open
discussion on the core values of corporate culture
of LKK, including altruism, auto-pilot leadership
model, and constant entrepreneurship. It is worth
mentioning that Infinitus, one of LKK Health Group’s
corporate members, was an award-winning enterprise
of “Learning and Development” and “Organization
Development” Best Practices Award 2015 granted by
AmCham CHRMA.
