The intellectual property section of CPTPP aims to
promote technology innovation, technology transfer
and communication, and help inventors and users
gain benefits10. Therefore, we can see that the pur-
pose of the intellectual property section of CPTPP is
completely different from RCEP and ETA. It aims to
protect and implement intellectual property. As such,
compared to RCEP and ETA, the intellectual property
section of CPTPP holistically enhances the protection
of intellectual property under the world’s intellectual
property system.
