广粤公馆（广州市新凯公寓管理有限公司新世界广场分公司）是
香港新世界集团之新世界中国地产有限公司旗下全资子公司，位于广

The Canton Residence (Guangzhou New Gateway Apartment Management Company Limited New
World Plaza Branch) is the subsidiary corporation of New World China Land. The Canton Residence is
located at Zhujiang New Town, where is the CBD and heart of Guangzhou International Commerce.
Embodied the Group’ s mission about modernizing and building Chinese Nation, enormous ability and
excellent corporate culture, our management is extensively from Hong Kong, mainland China and all
around Asia, with wide embracing experiences in hotel operations. Through staff localization and
recruitment of experienced human resources, we are committed to provide multifaceted living
communities, quality property management and service apartment . Ever since 2007, starting from
being unnoticed, The Canton Residence has developed itself into the well-known Ambassador’ s
Residence. This is to do with the fact that we value the concept of Service from the Heart, and our staff
is dedicated to provide the guests with attentive services. Guests from Consulates and companies of
Fortune 500 have stayed at the Canton Residence and we have received numerous appreciations from
our guests of different nationalities.
Outside regular work activities
We provide badminton activity and yoga class for employees to choose every week.
