Put Employee in the “Right Job”

In addition to Global One Johnson Orientation program, the 90-Day On-Boarding Plan is an essential guide for
new hires to adapt faster and better to the way of doing things around Johnson Electric, with joint support from
managers, HR and assigned “buddies” whose main responsibility is to help new members assimilate to Johnson
Electric’ s work environment. The new hires are invited to participate in an on-line survey to express their views
about working for the Company. The results from the survey will be consulted in developing a plan to improve
new employee experience at Johnson Electric.
Provide the “Right Environment”
a. Corporate Culture Development
o Annual Employee Engagement Survey: A tool to listen to the staff of their satisfaction and engagement to the
work and the company.
o Living MARBLE Award : nurture ONE JE culture and recognize employees who demonstrate our core values.
o JE In Motion, JE Portal, JE Corporate Facebook & LinkedIn: global internal and external social media
platforms for facilitating collaboration and communication between the Company and employees, internally and
externally.
o Caring Company Logo: rewarded by Hong Kong government for JE’ s active participation in corporate social
responsibilities.
o Quarterly All-Staff Meeting: open platform for CEO, SVP and top management team to share company
business and direction with all employees.
o One Johnson Annual Party: large-scale staff event with almost 20,000 participants.
o One Johnson Celebration Week: celebration events among JE employees in different global sites and
locations.
o Regular employees sport events, outing, monthly birthday party, festival celebration, and other staff welfare
for employees and family members.
o Corporate Social Responsibilities such as Junior Engineer Program, which targets on children from
underprivileged family to visit our manufacturing facilities and DIY design by using our motor products.
