盛世长城 征集 BB 兽

2015 年 实习生招募计划霸气启动

2015 年 6 月 3 日,盛世长城中国 2015 征集 BB 兽实习生计划正式启动。盛世长城对“BB 兽”们喊出“不怕你比我懂,就
怕你没种”的口号,呼吁对创意充满激情的年轻人用最新颖的手法表现他们对新鲜概念的理解和看法,一起争夺 40 个盛世长
城 BB 兽实习宝座。此次招募活动中的 BB 兽形象由盛世长城与知名的陶土艺术家 Katherine Marchese 合力打造,通过 H5 形式
发出一系列“你不懂”的心声。

On June 3rd 2015, Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China started the BB Monster Intern Recruitment Program. Saatchi & Saatchi
called out “You talk the talk, n00b, but can you take the heat?” appealing to young people who are passionate about
innovation to use novel approaches to present their perceptions and understandings towards fresh concepts and fight for the
40 BB monster internship opportunities. The BB monster figure in the recruitment campaign was created by Saatchi &
Saatchi and the famous pottery artist Katherine Marchese with a series of voices of “You don’ t understand” via H5.

历时一个月,应聘者将能展现创意的任何形式作品(自拍、手绘、动画、GIF、音频等等),连同简历、联系方式、微博
ID 及想进入的分公司(北京、上海、广州或香港)发送到指定邮箱,向盛世长城证明自己“有种”就有机会成为 BB 兽。此次
“征集 BB 兽”的覆盖范围更延伸至英国牛津大学,竞争相当激烈。实习表现优异的 BB 兽将获得正式工作岗位,前 4 名 BB 兽还
将获得“终极通行证”,持证可以敲开 Saatchi & Saatchi 全球任意一个办公室的大门,获得一次正式工作的面试机会。

During one month, participants can send their creation presenting their creativity in any way (selfie, painting, animation, GIF,
audio work or any geek idea works ) with their Resume, contact information, Weibo ID and the branch company that they
want to join (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou or Hong Kong) to the appointed mailbox. The recruitment of BB monster
program has covered Oxford University in UK. BB monsters who perform excellently will obtain the full-time position and the
4 winning BB monsters will obtain an “ultimate pass” that leads to the entrance of any Saatchi & Saatchi company in the
world, getting an official interview opportunity for a full-time position.

盛世长城大中华区首席人才官戚余慧(Yuki Qi)表示,“实习生招募项目是盛世长城人才发展的重要内容。每年的实习生
招募计划中都有许多年轻人脱颖而出,通过盛世长城找到了能够发挥自己创意激情和才华的方式。今年的招募活动,我们采用
了 H5 的新媒体传播方式,希望能更加贴近当下的年轻人的阅读习惯。我们希望通过这次活动,有更多有想法有创意的年轻人,
能够大胆展现自己的创意热情和潜质,证明他们‘懂创意,够有种’。”

Yuki Qi, the CTO of Saatchi & Saatchi Greater China says, “The intern recruitment program is important to the talent training
in Saatchi & Saatchi. A lot of young people stand out and find their way to exploit their talents and creativity in Saatchi &
Saatchi in the annual recruitment program. This year we adopt the H5, the new communication way in hopes of getting
closer to young people’ s reading habits. We hope through this campaign we are getting young people with own thoughts
and creativity to present their passion and potentials for creation, proving that they have both ‘creativity and guts’” .
