捷普电子(广州)有限公司成立于 1999 年,是美国纽约上市公司“捷普集团”(Jabil)下属企业之一,
厂区占地面积 38 万平方米,目前运行的生产线有 59 条,拥有员工 14000 余人,主要生产各类高科
技电子产品,客户有 HP、Zebra、Emerson、Apple、GE、Xerox 等国际知名企业。
Jabil Electronic (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, Is one of the "Jabil Group"
subsidiaries. Plant covers an area of 380,000 square meters with more than 14,000 staff, currently
59 production lines are running. Main products are various types of high-tech electronic products.
Our customers include HP, Zebra, Emerson, Apple, GE, Xerox, and other internationally renowned
enterprises.
1. Project Background
In EMS industry like Jabil, we have been suffering the permanent problem: revenue fluctuation by
following customer demand. Manpower can’ t changeable so fast by following wide revenue fluctuation
trend. Always, it looks left our management only one hardest decision to make: lay off talent don’ t
care their feeling! Is it what our management want? Of course NO! Because they are talent and we
invest a lot to hunt them and train them up! So we think and think, think it over: We don’ t want to lay
off the staffs but retain and develop them by using this period.
2. Project Content
1. We shared the talent across country, division, region, site, dept, translating “Embrace Diversity &
Collaborate” “one Jabil” culture among 7 brother sites, 3 countries.
