Re:Sources China, Publicis Groupe

Re:Sources China is the shared service center of Publicis Groupe, which provides back office
services to our agencies under the Groupe located in China and Hong Kong.

We aim to provide superior service quality to our agencies and drive compliance in order to facilitate
the continuous growth of the Groupe. Our service scope includes Accounting, Treasury, Tax,
Compensation and Benefit, IT, Procurement, and Legal.

供优质服务为导向。”向中国及香港区的各品牌公司提供优质的管理及服务。我们的业务范围包括
但不限于:会计、资金、税务、薪酬福利、信息技术,采购和法务。

Management concept, operation model, organization structure, and business
objectives

Today, Resources operates in 40 countries and 63 markets. Countries with Re:Sources Offices
An international reach has benefits, however also poses certain Markets Re:Sources presently does not cover
issues:
• No effective communication between top managment and
employees.
• No global HR system to keep check our talents.
• No global platform for collaboration between woldwide.
Seeing this, a SMART analysis was conducted to set a goal to
mitigate these problems.

As a result, the Re:Sources HR team from USA, Paris and China working together, and divide the
responsibilities of this project, and build invaluable cooperation. The three Re:Sources HR team have
undertaken four initiatives to transcend the boundaries between our offices: Global Productivity Platform (GPP)
/ Global HR System Ptalent / Town Halls / Yammer & WeChat.

目前,阳狮集团中国共享服务中心遍布在 40 个国家 63 个市场。国际化带给我们成长,然而也发现了一些问题。
1. 管理层和员工之间没有高效的沟通。
2. 没有统一的人力资源系统管理人才资源。
3. 坐落在世界各地的公司没有统一的合作平台。

基于这个现状,我们进行了 SMART 分析,设定了一个目标,以改善这些问题。来自美国、巴黎和中国的人力资
源团队一起合作,建立了四个项目达到“超越界线”,促进阳狮集团员工无国界发展:全球共享平台 (GPP),全球
人力资源系统(Ptalent), 全球大会堂,全球企业社会网络系统(Yammer\Wechat)。
