Commissioner's Office of
MOFCOM in Guangzhou
On March 28th, AmCham President
Dr. Harley Seyedin met with Mr.
Xie Ying, Deputy Commissioner Doctor,
and his colleagues from the Special
Commissioner's Office of the Ministry
of Commerce of the People's Republic
(MOFCOM) in Guangzhou. Mr. Xie first
gave a brief introduction to the latest
policies of the MOFCOM Guangzhou. Dr.
Harley Seyedin expressed his willingness
for further cooperation and gave a brief
explanation of the 2022 Special Report on
the State of Business in South China and
the 2022 White Paper on the Business
Environment in China.
HONOR Talents Art Exhibition was held on April 8th, 2022 in
Verve Garden of W Hotel. AmCham South China President
Dr. Harley Seyedin was invited to the opening ceremony
together with guests from the Consular Corps in Guangzhou,
representatives of government agencies and enterprises,
academics, scholars, artists, and designers. As a progressive
global technology brand, HONOR seeks to raise the quality of
daily life, by incorporating artistic concepts into HONOR's tech
products. The 3rd HONOR Talents Global Design Contest 2022
is about to be launched and will add a digital arts segment
to diversify the forms of expression for young designers. The
exhibition motto of "Art meets Tech" is meant to connect,
empower and incubate more creativity, and to promote global
exchanges of artists, artistic designs, and new design languages.
