Dear Madam/Sir,
On behalf of the organizing committee for the 3rd Local Leaders’ Meeting of China and Central European
Countries (CEEC), the 2016 China (Hebei) International Economic & Trade Fair, we invite you to attend
this event from 16th to 20th in June in Tangshan city, Hebei province. It is co-hosted by Ministry of Foreign
Affairs and the People`s Government of Hebei Province.
Facing two historic opportunities, namely coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei region, the
2020 Winter Olympics which will be co-hosted by Beijing and Zhangjiakou city, Hebei will grow its economy
through “Collaborative Development and Green Rising”. Based in the region, the Fair is expected to
accelerate cooperation between China and countries all over the world in areas such as industrial innovation
and environment improvement. We will make this fair a regional and international investment & trade
platform with attraction and influence through integrated services for participants, such as linking between
production and marketing and matching making activities among industries, enterprises and projects.
The organizing committee of the fair will invite more than 2000 honorable guests including CEEC leaders,
foreign diplomats to China and provincial governors from different countries, leaders and officials from
related ministries and provinces (municipalities and districts) in China, top leaders of renowned commercial
associations and institutions both home and abroad, overseas company executives of top 500 enterprises
and multinational corporations (MNC), heads of key socially owned enterprises (SOE), large Chinese private
enterprises, universities and colleges and institutions etc..
