In the afternoon of April 17th, at maximum capacity, Mr. Austin Wang, Microsoft Omni-Channel BU Tech Director
50 executives gathered for the “AmCham South China Mr. Johnny Ou, Corporate Partner of Hamilton Beach
Members Only” ChatGPT- Revolution for Next Gen seminar
at Microsoft Guangzhou. The seminar had a fantastic lineup
of speakers who shared their expertise on various topics.
The opening remarks were given by Dr. Harley Seyedin,
President of AmCham South China, and then Mr. Austin
Wang, discussed the topic "Release AI Power on the Cloud"
and shared insights on the OpenAI and ChatGPT. Mr. Jonny
Ou, Partner of Hamilton Beach, followed with a presentation
on "Constructing AI Capability for Home Appliance Products
Based on ChatGPT." Mr. Neil Nand, Director of Creative
Technology at Ogilvy Shanghai, discussed the topic "AI: The
Future of Advertising," where he shared different kinds of AI,
introduced AI Generated Content (AIGC), and discussed its use
in creative operations and execution, as well as its impact on
culture and society. Ms. Kate Yin, Partner at Fangda Partners
Law Firm, then shared her legal perspective on AIGC-related
issues, including legal and compliance risks, supervision
trends, data ethics, and business opportunities. Following
the presentations, the floor was opened for attendees to
have the opportunity to ask questions to the four speakers.
Many attendees were eager to learn more about the potential
impact of AI on their respective industries and how businesses
could prepare for the next wave of technological disruption.
The speakers provided valuable insights into the world of AI,
and the attendees were engaged and enthusiastic throughout
