On February 3, AmCham South China
President Dr. Harley Seyedin met
with Mr. Lin Chaoming, Deputy Director
of Dongguan Investment Promotion
Bureau, and his colleague at the AmCham
South China office. Mr. Lin first gave a
brief introduction to the Dongguan city
and Binhai Bay New Area and its latest
policy. Dr. Harley Seyedin expressed his
willingness for further cooperation and
gave a brief explanation of the 2022
Special Report on the State of Business
in South China.

on February 3. Dr. Harley Seyedin, president of AmCham
South China, was invited to the ceremony and made
remarks in the opening. Dr. Seyedin said: “As an open and
pragmatic district, Haizhu boasts the Canton Fair which
serves as an important channel for China's foreign trade
and an important window for opening to the outside world.
All these impressive achievements are attributed to the
Haizhu government which has been dedicated to providing
the best services for enterprises and creating an enabling
environment for innovation, entrepreneurship and trade.
AmCham South China will work for a stronger connection
with Haizhu district and spare no effort to contribute to the
high-quality development of Haizhu district.”
