CHEMBA 2017 Annual Dinner
On March 11th, as one of the VIP guests, Dr. Harley Seyedin, President of
AmCham South China, and his team attended CHEMBA 2017 Annual Dinner,
held by the CHEMBA Program and Alumni Association at Mandarin Oriental
Guangzhou. It was a great feast for all CHEMBA students, alumni and part-
ners to celebrate and to mark the new beginning of another new chapter. All
the present guests shared a joyful night together.
Wild West Dinner Party
On March 24th, representatives of AmCham South China were invited to
attend an amazing Wild West Dinner Party hosted by the Ronggui Youth
Chamber at Sheraton Shunde. Besides AmCham team, other guests were
members of the Ronggui Youth Chamber, business elites, as well as media
friends. With various delicacies, special dressing and amusing party activi-
ties, the wonderful night was a true impression for all.
2017 New Year Banquet of Tianhe Road Chamber of Commerce
On the night of March 29, AmCham President Dr. Harley Seyedin and his
team were present at the 2017 New Year Banquet of Tianhe Road Chamber of
Commerce. The theme of the banquet was “Creating New Business, Winning
Bright Future”, and the host made a brief conclusion over the past year and
planed for the bright future. All guests enjoyed delicious cuisines, interesting
performances, as well as conversations with business elites.
2017 Guangzhou Annual Investment Conference
On March 28th, with great pleasure, Dr. Harley Seyedin, President of Am-
Cham South China, and his team took part in 2017 Guangzhou Annual In-
vestment Conference. The conference was held by Guangzhou Municipal
Board for International Investment. As one of the panel speakers, Dr. Harley
delivered a speech on the topic of creating an international business environ-
ment in Guangzhou. Other speakers included Global Vice President of GE
Greater China Region and President of Thermo Fisher Scientific China, etc.
