Highly Effective HR to Support the Transformation
The world is experiencing the double test of VUCA Dr. Harley Seyedin, President of AmCham South China
and BANI, the superposition of the two means
"uncertainty" superimposed on "vulnerability, anxiety,
non-linear, unknowable", our world is becoming
uncontrollable from controllable. In the era of extreme
turbulence and change, enterprises have to continuously
make adaptive adjustments and transformations to the
environment, which has become the biggest challenge
for entrepreneurs and business operators. With the
further advancement of enterprise transformation and
upgrading, HR is also given more roles. They not only have
to be the first gatekeeper of talent selection, but also a
strategic partner of the organization's business, and more
importantly, they need to be the enabler of the business
transformation, the designer and manipulator of the
organization's transformation. Against this background,
AmCham South China's CHRMA workshop will focused on
the challenges faced by HR in business transformation as
well as the countermeasures to address them, delving into
the whys, whats, and hows.
