With the aim of implementing the Foreign Investment Law of the
People's Republic of China, its implementing rules and the Work
Measure for Complaints of Foreign-funded Enterprises (Order of the
Ministry of Commerce, No.3, 2020) to better protect foreign-funded
enterprises’ rights and interests and continuously ameliorate the
investment environment for foreign-funded enterprises, the National
Complaint Center for Foreign-funded Enterprises of the Ministry of
Commerce decided to carry out this survey on the Operation of Work
Rules for Complaints of Foreign-funded Enterprises. We promise
to keep all the information obtained in this survey confidential.
Except for analyzing the operation of the work rules for complaints
of foreign-funded enterprises and further improving the investment
environment for foreign-funded enterprises, the information will not
be used for other purposes.
