Happy 89th Birthday to
Dr. David Buxbaum
In July, Dr. David Buxbaum, Senior Partner of
Anderson & Anderson LLP, celebrated his 89th
birthday surrounded by his families and friends.
Dr. David C. Buxbaum arrived in China 50 years ago
as the first American to receive an invitation to the
1972 Spring Canton Fair, after President Richard
Nixon’s earthshaking visit to China in February and
March 1972. He was the first and perhaps the only
foreigner to be active in the courts in China helping
American and multinational companies successfully
enter the Chinese market. AmCham South China
would like to wish Dr. Buxbaum a very happy
89th birthday, good health and happiness in the
upcoming years!
Birthday Wishes to Dr. David Hon
On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of
the founding of Dahon, we welcome the
81st birthday of Dr. David Hon, CEO of Dahon
and governor of AmCham South China. At the
headquarters of Dahon China, all employees
of Dahon and Dr. Han’s families and friends
celebrated Dr. Han's birthday. Suppliers and
partners of Dahon also came to attend Dr. Han's
birthday banquet! Everyone had a good time. Dr.
Han even performed a passionate Latin dance with
his partner during the banquet. AmCham South
China would like to wish Dr. David Hon Happy
81st birthday. May the coming year be filled with
happiness and success.
