Foreign Investment Law Webinar with
Huashang Law Firm

Law Firm joined hands in a webinar
introducing China’s new Foreign Investment
Law and its supporting regulations. Chamber
president Harley Seyedin opened the webinar
by commenting on the need for China to
further open up to the world, to promote and
protect foreign investment and to achieve
equal treatment for both domestic and foreign practical perspective and further commented on
investment. Mr. Henry Hou, partner of
Huashang Law firm and director of Huashang’s

detailed and in-depth interpretations on a
series of new laws and supporting policies.
Hou gave detailed advice to FIEs on how to
make adjustment to the corporate form and
organizational structure under the new laws.

shared his relevant and precious experiences from
the new foreign investment information reporting
system and operating rules.
