Afterwards, Dr. Wu Tao, principal
consultant of Gallup China
delivered a keynote speech on how
people’s strengths empower the
organizational changes. In his speech,
Wu analyzed the difficulties in
organizational changes and influence
on organizational changes brought
by various generations of staff. With
a few case studies, Wu pinpointed
feasible ways of making organizational
changes, and empowering staff based
on their strengths.
Moderated by Rose Zhang, executive
director of Dedao Education
Consultant Group, a panel discussion
on how HRs address challenges
brought by global environmental
change was presented after Wu’s
speech. Panel speakers included Ms.
Serena Lv, assistant HR manager
of Amway, Ms. Isabella Huo,
commercial HR director China
of RB Mead Johnson, Ms. Anna
Zhang, general manager of HR and
Administration Department of
Agile Property Land Co., Ltd, Ms.
Jane Cheng, HRVP of Techtronic
Industries Co., Ltd., and Mr. Hugo
Yu, deputy director of sales training
of Yashili International. Both Wu’s
speech and the panel discussion were
well received by the professionals.
The award ceremony was
concluded with a lucky draw for our
guests, thanks to American Airlines
