Conference in Shunde
The White Paper and Special Report Release Conference is held
in Guangzhou every year. Last month, upon an invitation
from the Ronggui Youth Chamber of Commerce, Chamber
President Dr. Harley Seyedin traveled to Shunde to talk about
how the two publications interpret the US-China trade friction
and how it impacts the economy of South China. The companies
have been affected to varying degrees since the manufacturing
industry ratio in Shunde reaches as high as 70 percent. In this
regard, the briefing conference allowed an opportunity for
import and export manufacturing industries to deepen their
understanding of the trade issues.■
