On July 20th, President Harley Seyedin attended 31
investment promotion and the signing ceremony
of Guangzhou Aerotropolis Development District
(GADD). Various Government and Corporate leaders
gave speeches on the importance of the Aerotropolis
Development District in the context of One Belt One
Road and Supply Side Reform. The event concluded in
unison with a signing ceremony involving Greenland
Group and the assigned enterprises.
Mead Johnson office opening
ceremony
On July 23rd, AmCham President Harley Seyedin
and his team were invited to attend the celebra-
tion of the opening of Mead Johnson’s new offices
in the Yuexiu Financial Tower, Guangzhou. The
ribbon-cutting was ceremony was performed by
Mrs. Sandra Yu, Senior Vice President at Mead
Johnson Nutrition Company. After Mrs. Yu and
Deputy Manger Lin Hu from GZLIG had given their
speeches, the guests reveled in the celebrations and
performances that concluded this big day.
Heinz Product Launch Park
On July 25th, AmCham President Harley Seyedin
and his team were invited to the Park Hyatt in
Guangzhou to participate in the launching of a truly
legendary American brand in China. Mr. Ze Dias,
Managing Director of Kraft Heinz China, gave a
speech reviewing its brand’s history and its warm
relationship with China. AmCham President Harley
Seyedin was also invited to give a speech. He spoke
of his experiences with Planters and the splendid
achievements of this brilliant brand.
