For American companies with substantial interest in China. Designated representatives of corporate members receive all AmCham South China benefits and services. Corporate Affiliate Membership applies to any affiliates and/or branches of a company with a primary membership. The designated representative of each U.S. corporation holds voting rights and is eligible to run for position on the AmCham South China Board of Governors. Each U.S. corporation is entitled to one vote.

Non-resident Corporate Member

For companies without representation in China. Designated representatives of non-resident corporate members receive all AmCham South China benefits and services. Designated representatives of non-resident corporate members do not hold voting rights and are not eligible for elected service on the Board of Governors.

For Chinese and Non-American companies and organizations with substantial interest in China. Designated representatives of non-U.S. companies do not hold voting rights and are not eligible for elected service on the Board of Governors.

Individual Member

$900 / RMB6,500

For individual U.S. citizens and foreign residents in China, 21+ years old, interested in the trade relationship between the United States and China. Individual U.S. citizen members hold voting rights, and are eligible for elected service on the Board of Governors.

Individual Associate

(pricing as per Individual membership)

For Chinese citizens interested otherwise qualified for individual membership. Individual associates do not hold voting rights and are not eligible for elected service on the Board of Governors.

Additional designated representative costs RMB 4,500 per person for 12 months. Membership becomes effective upon receipt of membership dues, and is valid for 12 calendar months from that day. Membership fees are not refundable.
