The American Chamber of Commerce in South China hosted the “KPMG Transfer Price Seminar” to share with members about the transfer pricing enforcement and strategy, as well as processing trade upgrade and issues at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou on April 15 and Shenzhen Nanhai Hotel on April 16.
Speakers from KPMG provided the most effective strategies under the latest tax regulations in China. Experienced KPMG professionals, including Mr. Steven Tseng (partner in Charge, Global Transfer Pricing Services), Ms. Lilly Li (Partner, Tax), Mr. Nathan Richards (Director, Global Transfer Pricing Services), Ms. Eileen Sun (Partner, Tax) Ms. Angie Ho (Senior Manager, Tax) and Mr. Bin Yang (Senior Manager, Tax), worked through the intricacies of the Regulations to explain their practical significance. They made brief introduction to the Transfer Pricing environment in Asia Pacific Region, the new PRC TP rules highlights of TP regulation changes and documentation. Moreover, they shared best practices in documentation, explored important considerations regarding transfer pricing tools and recent processing trade upgrading issues.
