Following up on their successful celebration in Xiamen, Consul General Goldberg, Ms. Sally Werner and the guys and gals at the U.S. Consulate General hosted nearly four hundred partygoers at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou on July 2nd.
Also attending were Guangdong Vice Governor Wan Qingliang along with Consul General Goldberg kept the celebration of the U.S. Independence Day appropriately casual, although it is not clear if they tried the hot dogs or hamburgers before departing.
As always, it proved to be a great time, and one that brought the American community in Guangzhou together for an evening with significant meaning for all of us.
