AmCham South China’s annual Board Retreat

On the morning of July 28^th members of the Board of Governors, Committee Chairs, prominent business leaders and the U.S. Consul General convened AmCham South China’s annual Board Retreat at the Luhu Golf and Country Club.

Beginning with a brief presentation on AmCham South China’s in-development office automation system, AmCham President Harley Seyedin then took the floor.

Beginning with a discussion on the direction we should take in the future and how best to serve our members as both the business climate continues to change and we continue to grow, and then opening into a candid discussion on how best to accomplish these goals, the ensuing discussion proved valuable in confirming AmCham’s current direction and providing valuable insight into how to yet-improve service to our members.

Consul General Goldberg provided valuable insight from the perspective of the U.S. Consulate, and pledged full support for the ideals and goals set by the assembled group.
