According to the AmCham annual White Paper on Business Environment in China, Human Capital is one of
the most critical factors in the success of business operation in China.
The American Chamber of Commerce in South China has always been a keen supporter of human resource
development in China. Therefore, we regularly organize various HR development programs and labor
regulatory workshops for our members and the business community.
The Multinational Human Resources Management Association has the mission of enhancing human
resources management in China, which is why we are pleased to co-organize this meaningful AmCham's
CHRMA HR Best Practice Awards in South China.
As the President of AmCham South China and the Honorary President of the Multinational Human
Resources Management Association in China (CHRMA), I congratulate everyone involved on the success of
the third AmCham's CHRMA HR Best Practice Award Presentation. I am honored to share the well-deserved
recognition of all the winners for their HR best practice.
On behalf of the Chamber, I look forward to helping build better and more professional business
environment for all the AmCham members and the business community in South China.

近年来,中国的经济环境和人才环境都发生了巨大的变化。一方面,国家的指导性政策如“互联网 +”、“大
众创业,万众创新”等,对行业布局、资本和人才流向都造成了很大的影响;另一方面,随着新行业、新技术
的涌现和工作方式的转变,更快地推动了企业的变革。在这个变革的过程中,如何更淋漓尽致地发挥人的价值
从而提升组织的效能,是人力资源管理所面临的挑战,同样也是机遇。
今年,由 AMCHAM's CHRMA 举办的“华南区最佳人力资源管理实践大奖”已经开展了四年。在过去的几年里,
我们欣喜的发现华南人力资源水平的不断进步,以及人力资源同行合作分享的氛围日益浓厚。我们衷心祝贺脱
颖而出获得大奖的优秀企业,获得此荣誉不仅是对人力资源管理的认可,更是对企业雇主品牌的推动,你们的
分享也为大家树立了标杆,值得学习和借鉴。
