AISG Announces Grand Opening of Science Park Campus
AISG officially opened its Science Park campus, which was
designed with a clear "Vision for Learning" on August 30,
2023. The Grand Opening event was attended by government
officials, consul generals, strategic partners, media, caregivers,
faculty, staff, students, and distinguished guests. The event
included speeches by the Director, Mr. Kevin Baker, the U.S.
Consul General Lisa K. Heller, the President of AmCham
South China, Dr. Harley Seyedin, and the Deputy Head of
Guangzhou Education Bureau, Mr. Chen Minsheng, and a
full agenda featuring student performances, ceremonies,
celebrations, activities, and more. The entire event highlighted
the importance of education that empowers learners and the
pivotal role AISG plays in providing a world-class education to
students in Guangzhou.

The Forum of US Investment and
Merger was hosted and initiated
by China Commercial Law Firm, co-
organized by the Foreign-Related
Legal Circle and the American
Chamber of Commerce in South
China, with the support of Wolters
Kluwer, allowed participants to
better understand. The even gave
participants an opportunity to
grasp first-hand regulatory update
policies as well as emerging investment opportunities and project opportunities
in overseas markets. The forum was hosted by Mr. Wang Xielin, partner of
China Commercial and deputy director of China Commercial’s Foreign Affairs
Committee. Mr. Gao Shu, chief partner, Mr. Qi Menglin, managing partner and
director of Hong Kong and Macau Lawyers Practice Center, Mr. Zhou Lixin,
lawyer of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Mr. Yang Guo-Xing,
executive director of Nanjing Branch, Ms. Miya Chen, director of operations, many
corporate representatives from Amazon China, C&C, GLOBAL LOGISTICS CO,
LTD, Aslan Education Planning, and many others, supported and attended the
event. Dr. Harley Seyedin, President of AmCham South China, shared his speech
"Promoting China Investment Layout and Development Strategy of American
Enterprises" with us. China Commercial lawyers, Wolters Kluwer's video account
of the whole synchronous live broadcast was watched by more than 5,000
people. The venue was packed, online exchanges continued, and the atmosphere
was very warm.
