14 countries through its AAA Sustainable Quality Program to embed sustainability practices on farms and the surrounding landscapes.
Launched in 2003 in collaboration with the NGO The Rainforest Alliance, the program helps to improve the yield and quality of harvests,
ensuring a sustainable supply of high-quality coffee and improving livelihoods of farmers and their communities.

Headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, NESPRESSO operates in 84 countries and has 14,250 employees. In 2019, it operated a global
retail network of 810 boutiques. The brand currently has more than 100,000 points to collect its used capsules globally, enabling 91% of
its consumers to recycle.

In 2005, NESPRESSO officially appointed the famous American actor George Clooney as its global brand ambassador. He has been
featured in NESPRESSO brand campaigns alongside other celebrities. NESPRESSO’s high-end brand positioning and the expression of
the integrity of the coffee culture has been perfectly displayed through different stories.

In 2007, NESPRESSO entered the Chinese market.
In the past years, NESPRESSO has opened 15 boutiques in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Shenzhen with
additional 30 corners and 130 POS (point-of-sale), as well as the brand's official website (www.NESPRESSO.com), customer relationship
center (400 1200 600) and business solutions for B2B customers (400 1200 800).

On 10 October 2019, NESPRESSO officially unveiled its new chinese brand name, Nong Yu Ka Fei (浓遇咖啡), in an effort to express
NESPRESSO’s brand purpose of “inspiring tasteful & meaningful living” in a Chinese verbal interpretation, and commitment to deliver
high quality and exclusive coffee moment experience to Chinese coffee lovers.

NESPRESSO CARBON NEUTRALITY

In September 2020, NESPRESSO committed that every cup of NESPRESSO coffee, both for at-home and for professional customers, will
be carbon neutral by the end of 2022. This new ambition builds on more than 10 years of work during which Nespresso has reduced its
