Introducing Six Boxes

Problem Identification No Longer
a Schroedinger’s Box

Many HR managers often come across the following
problems: How to become a business partner and
create greater value for its organization? How to support
the business departments and contribute to the successful
implementation of business strategies? How to identify
the precise problems of the organizations and carry out
effective intervention strategies to win the trust of the
business departments?

After marveling at the modern co-working space at
the ATLAS Workplace, we were given a chance to tour
the wonderful facility. The Chamber also hosted an
informative seminar there on Mar 27, introducing Six
Boxes of Wesburd, a simple and practical diagnostic
tool for organizations to allow problems out of the
Schroedinger’s box. From an internal perspective,
it constantly reviews the process of business
implementation, helps review the status quo, and
opens the future to additional possibilities while
bridging the gap between the reality and the future.■
