wine and a light yet zesty cold tomato
soup with smoked cod and green chili.
Bistecca alla Fiorentina (steak in the
style of Florence) is a must have on any
Italian menu and was a perfect main
course. Offering up the best of both
worlds, classic Italian meatballs were
paired with the steaks and served side-
by-side on one giant plate at the center
of the table. Completing the meal was
the famous Italian pastas Tagliatelle,
served with a delicious yellow tomato
marinara sauce. Vanilla Tiramisu
was the “gusto della resistenza’ that
concluded the meal.■
