AmCham Seminar on how to apply an HR New
Welfare Model to the workplace
ON JULY 28TH, AmCham South China hosted
an informative seminar on ‘How to apply an
HR New Welfare Model to the workplace’. Guest
speakers were: Mr. Arnold Hongwei Guo, Rewards
Director of Momentive Performance Materials and
Mr. Lu Xiaolin, Founder of Welfare Department at
the Seabird Group.

As the workforce is changing so are its demands. The Lu Xiaolin
employee of tomorrow is voicing a growing need for Founder of the Heart Welfare Department, Seabird Group
more flexible benefits. This seminar dealt with issues
such as: Welfare and company values, medical wel-
fare as a motivator to attract younger professionals,
and how to use the Welfare platform effectively. Suc-
cessful cases on how to deliver Welfare Products to
younger employees were presented to the audiences
by the leading corporate representatives. All 120
available seats were fully booked.
