Summary
As an economy with the highest degree of
freedom, Hong Kong will consolidate and enhance
its position as a business hub in international
finance, shipping and trade, and adhere to the
liberalization of trade and investment. Hong Kong
will focus on advancing the development of finance,
commerce, trade, logistics and professional
services towards high-end and high value-added.
In addition, Hong Kong will proactively promote the
development of the GBA.
