3. Over the past few years, a majority of the surveyed
Business companies in South China have shifted the focus
Priorities of their business development to providing services and
& Plans products to the Chinese market rather than exports. In this
year’s survey, the result is consistent with previous years.
However, it is worth noting that in this year’s survey, more
than 10% of the respondents reported that in addition
to providing services or products to the market, their
development in South China has also focused on establishing
or expanding regional bases in South China in order to
provide support for their further expansion.

Business Priority in China

1. Provide services or goods for Chinese market
2. Provide services or goods for the U.S. market
3. Provide services or goods for the markets
other than the U.S. and China
4. Establish or expand a regional base
