目的:Objectives The AMCHAM’s CHRMA Awards will help its members and human resources professionals in South China to: Ø Share the value and impact of the best practices in human resources management for enhancing professional growth. Ø 透过实践案例探讨,分享华南区最优秀的人力资源管理理论与实践成果,促进专业水平的提高。 Ø Recognize the value and contribution of human resources in workforce engagement and business development. Ø 提升人力资源管理对员工敬业度及业务发展贡献的认同; Ø Recognize organizations with actions and programs in order to benchmark HR practices within South China and around the region. Ø 华南地区以及周边地区内认可组织与人力资源管理实践的基准; Ø Promote HR best practices so as to enhance HR professional standards in South China Ø 促进人力资源在该地区的最佳实践,以提高整体水平。 参赛条件:Entry Requirements Entry in the AMCHAM’s CHRMA HR Best Practice Awards 2017 is open to all companies and organizations based in South China. There are no restrictions placed on company size or industry and any type of business is welcome to participate in this competition.
