Registration for the 2016 Guangzhou Youth Soccer League will be held on Aug 27th and Sept 13th at Utahloy International School (UISG).

Who: Children aged from 4 to 15

When: Every Saturday morning starting from Oct 15^th to December 3^rd, 2016

Where: Utahloy International School, 800 Sha Tai Bei Lu, Baiyun District, Guangzhou

Registration Days

Saturday, Aug 27^th, UISG

09:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept 13th, UISG

08:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Registration Fee 450 RMB/player in cash at the above registration location.

Please note that the registration fee will be non-refundable if you cancel your registration later than Sept 30^th 2016.

Notes:

1. The league will provide shirts, shorts and socks. Each player is responsible to bring their own shoes and shin pads.

2. All parents need to sign the registration and waiver form for their children to play.
