With the objective of supporting sustainable business growth, Amway (China) developed a tridimensional innovation framework. With the endorsement of top management, departments and employees, the innovation framework focused on driving innovation within strategic pillars. Besides collecting ideas for incremental improvement, Amway (China) also encouraged employees submitting proposals in responding to strategic challenging questions and all the proposals were evaluated by top management. Also, with the evolvement of social media communication, WeChat were newly used as mobile communication channels for delivering messages and interacting with employees on promoting innovative practices and thematic innovation activity. Amway China management practice on driving innovation culture won the Best Practice Award by Harvard Business Review China, and Best Practice Award South China 2014 by AmCham CHRMA.
