Objectives

The CHRMA Awards will help its members and human resources professionals in South China to:

Ø         Ensure identification of best practice case studies that show real results in the implementation of employee development programs. All case studies will be published to enable learning from the experience of Award winners.

Ø         Critical to the success of these Awards will be the recognition of the role that human capital and its management plays in organizations through work force engagement and its contribution to business growth.

Ø         Recognize organizations with actions and programs in order to benchmark HR practices within South China and around the region.

Ø         Ensure that award outcomes are used to promote and raise overall standards within the HR profession in South China.

 

Entry Requirements

Practice Awards 2013 is open to all companies and organizations based in South China. There are no restrictions placed on company size or industry and any type of business is welcome to participate in this competition. Applications should be made by the head of the human resources function and all applicants will receive a fair review and acknowledgement.
