On 17th April 2012, the Supreme People’s Court of China announced Ten Cases and Fifty Typical IP Cases for Judicial Protection in China in 2011. In the list of those cases, most of them concern companies or business entities located in the Guangdong province.

This seminar will mainly cover studies of these three hotly discussed IP cases from a leading expert, professor and experienced practitioner in the IP area.
