It is my pleasure to invite you to share your comments on the releasing of Guangdong Province Indigenous Innovation Promotion Regulations (Amendment drafts for Public Comments) and rescinding of Reviews on Guangdong Governmental Procurement for Indigenous Innovation Product, which would be helpful for us to study the direct and potential influence on our business in Guangdong.

Guangdong Province Indigenous Innovation Promotion Regulations is released for public comment on August 15, with preferential policies and incentive approaches to encourage both domestic and foreign enterprises in indigenous innovation.

Separately, the Department of Finance released a regulation on August 1 repealing the 2009 GD provincial regulation linking government procurement to indigenous innovation by domestic firms, have been rescinded from July 1, which is believed  as a step forward in China's opening to the outside world and fostering fair competition.
