The 15th China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) which is sponsored by China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), will be held in Xiamen during Sep 8th-11th annually. After fourteen years’ development, CIFIT - the World’s Largest Investment Expo, has attracted the broad attention of the world's commercial and industrial circles and active participation of many governments.

 

As the only official operator, AmCham South China President Harley will be showcasing the U.S.A. Pavilion at CIFIT Online which includes more than 1,000 AmCham member company exhibition booths and 1,000 Chinese trade association and agencies booths.

 

The 14th CIFIT and World Investment Forum held in 2010 reached an unprecedented scale and imposed an influential impact on the world, attracting 15581 visitors from 144 overseas countries and areas, 627 organizations from 108 countries and areas, which forms an influential world-wide investment boom.

 

2011 is the first year of China’s 12th “5-year” plan, the 10th anniversary of China’s entry into WTO and the 15th anniversary of CIFIT as well. The 15th CIFIT will focus on world economic hot issues, keeping track of international capital flow, centering around emerging industries including new energy, electronic information, cultural and creative, etc.
