I am happy to invite you to attend the "2011 DOFTEC Annual Spring Reception", held by Guangdong Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Guangdong Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment. 

The intent is to provide a venue for developing relationships between Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan enterprises, and to inform attendees of the latest foreign trade-related policies and developments.
