I’m pleased to invite you to attend AmCham South China and Aon Hewitt's presentations in Guangzhou on December 7^th and in Shenzhen on December 8^th. Ms. Fernandes will be explaining the Compensation & Benefits study in depth.

During the Guangzhou session we will also be holding the 2010 AmCham South China Annual General meeting. We are very pleased to have Ernst & Young served as the Official Auditor of the 2011 Board Election. The Board of Governors consists of four officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and five Governors. Members of the Board are elected by vote of voting members of the Chamber for a term of one year.
