Readers of That’s PRD will be voting on their favorite bars and restaurants in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, which voting will culminate in the 5^th annual that’s PRD Food and Drink Awards, which will be distributed at a special carnival of their own design—the 5^th and 3^rd International Food and Drink Feasts in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, respectively.
