The American Chamber of Commerce, Guangdong is pleased to invite you to attend an IPR Seminar on Criminal Copyright Enforcement and Case Strategy. There will be a preliminary discussion on the recently issued criminal IP Judicial Interpretation, a brief summary of the US Ambassador's IP Roundtable, to be held on Jan. 13th in Beijing, and also an open forum discussion on best practices, experiences and methods employed by rights holders in southern China to combat criminal copyright infringement. This forum will be attended by high-ranking officials from the United States Embassy and the United States Consulate as well as representatives from the United States Patent Office in Washington D.C.
