It is for an event of exceptional gravity that I invite you to join The American Chamber of Commerce in South China and U.S. Consul General Robert Goldberg at the China Hotel on Friday, the 13^th of April:

 U.S. Consul William Martin, who has spent the last four years managing the Consular Program of the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou—among the busiest in the world for Consular Affairs—will depart this month of April for a new position within the U.S. Department of State. We have chosen this opportunity to host a grand event in honor not only of Mr. Martin, but of all of our friends at the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou who will be leaving us soon.
