Dear Friends, We at the Chamber are pleased to give you the opportunity to learn about investment opportunities in Changsha, Hunan Province: The “Lu Valley” Hi-Tech Park is under the direct management of the Administrative Committee of the Changsha National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, or CHTIDZ, and was founded in October of 1988. With a total planned area of 80 km2, “Lu Valley” is the key investment location for high-tech industrial clusters in and around Changsha, is the model park for new industrialization and is a new ecological area of Changsha City and Hunan Province. The CHTIDZ Administrative Committee will be holding an investment promotion conference on the 20th of September at the Sheraton Hotel in Shenzhen with the intent of introducing investment opportunities to PRD investors—you, the members of Our Chamber. The content of the conference is planned as: 1. Remarks by a leader of the Municipal Government of Changsha 2. Introduction of the investment environment and projects of the Zone 3. Introduction of the preferential policies for industrial transfer to the Zone 4. Speech by a representative of one of the companies in the Zone 5. Signing ceremony of investment projects 6. Banquet & entertainment program Attached is the Administrative Committee’s list of Projects Open To Foreign Investment in the Hi-Tech Zone. We hope it is useful!
