On behalf of AmCham South China, I am pleased to invite you to attend AmCham and Mercer’s Briefing on designing and implementing effective and innovative benefit programs in China. We will have briefings in Guangzhou on May 7th and in Shenzhen on May 8th.

 

¨        Supplementary Pension Programs are relatively new concept but gaining popularity in China, because the aging population and the current state of the social pension system. As HR Managers are faced with ever-increasing attraction and retention issues, many are beginning to consider supplementary pension plans as a possible solution. However, given the relatively new concept of company sponsored pension plans in here, designing and implementing an effective supplementary retirement plan can be a challenge for HR Managers.

 

¨        Organizations need strategies for attracting and retaining a workforce that will ensure long-term business success, and one way to attract the best employees is to offer competitive employee benefits. However, how to satisfy the employees of diversified ages, lifestyles, personal values, etc. with only one set of benefit program? How to increase the perceived value of benefits without losing control on the escalating benefit costs? How to achieve optimal health and well-being of your employees through integrated health and productivity management approach? How to administer your medical benefit programs more effectively? Mercer’s leading benefit expert will help answer these queries in your mind.
