I am pleased to invite you to join our upcoming IPR Committee meeting on November 17, at which Committee Chair David Buxbaum will present a mock IP trial based on a real case.

Mr. Buxbaum was the first American lawyer invited to China, shortly after President Nixon’s historic visit in 1972. For the past 40 years, he has provided professional services to top multinational companies throughout China, including Microsoft, Autodesk, Lotus, Novell, Citibank, P&G and General Motors. Please refer to Mr. Buxbaum’s curricula vitae for a more detailed accounting of his impressive achievements.

Intellectual Property Rights continue to be a hot topic, and so I have every confidence that I will see you on the 17th.

With best regards,

Harley Seyedin
